FAQ's

​HOW DOES THIS WORK?

Who is responsible for tools, supplies, materials? Paradise Home will arrive with our own cleaning products, mop, & vacuum. We use what we know works best for a job well done.

What if I have a specific Chemical request? If you prefer us to use different or your own cleaning products (organic, chem free, your vacuum, etc. ) we can absolutely do that.

If I provide all the tools, supplies, materials is there a price difference? As long as ALL products are provided by the homeowner, there will be a $20 reduction in the price of your Clean Service.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning service? Paradise requests that someone be home on the first or only visit to show us around and do a "Meet & Greet". After that, it is your choice. We are insured and hope to become trusted by you and your family.

How do I get a quote/price for my home? We wont ask for your name, email, phone number until you book. Just scroll further down for your price based on home square footage - which can be negotiable!

Is there a price difference for One-Time, Regularly Scheduled, Deep Clean, or Move-in/Out? Yes: +$25 for "One-Time" or "First Time" clean. +$100 for a Deep Clean +$200 for Move-in/Out Clean

How does payment work? Payment is due within 24 hours of Clean completion and can be made via a sent payment link, check, cash, Zelle, Venmo. Your choice.

What if I am not super happy with my service? PLEASE contact us within 24 hours and we will return within 48 hours to Make it Right!

Pricing is by square foot as listed on realtor.com

If you are working with a budget or have areas you do not wish to be cleaned, services are negotiable

1,000 sq. ft. or less           $100

1,001 - 1,500 sq. ft.             $125

1,501 - 2,000 sq. ft.            $150

2,001 - 2,500 sq. ft.          $175

2,501 - 3,000 sq. ft.          $200

3,001 - 3,500 sq. ft.          $225

3,501 - 4,000 sq. ft.          $250

4,001 - 4,500 sq. ft.          $275

4,501 +  requires a walk-thru

*ONE TIME OR FIRST TIME CLEAN + $25

*Stairs + $15

*DEEP Clean +$100

*Move-in/out cleans + $200

*Construction Cleans require a minimum of 2 visits

  • Clean pet bowls/mat 

  • Clean and sanitize sink & faucet

  • Sweep/Vacuum/Mop floors

  • Empty trash bin, replace liner, wipe exterior

 

Living Room/Family Room/Den

  • Dust lighting/Fans

  • Dust furniture & TV screens/electronics

  • Vacuum sofas

  • Organize pillows, blankets, belongings

  • Sweep/Vacuum/mop floors

 

Entry & Hallways​

  • Dust light fixtures/wall hangings/surfaces

  • Wipe down/disinfect handles & switches

  • Clean accessible windows & mirrors

  • Organize shoes/coats/belongings

  • Sweep/Vacuum/mop floors

 

Laundry Room / Closets​

  • Dust lighting/surfaces

  • Wipe down shelves and counter tops

  • Clean dryer lint trap (if needed)

  • Wipe down washer/dryer exterior

  • Wipe down counters/ sinks/ faucets/ cabinets

  • Organize visible belongings

  • Clean & disinfect toilet

  • Scrub & sanitize tub, shower, shower door

  • Sweep/Vacuum/mop floors

 

Bedrooms​

  • Dust lighting/fans/shelves/furniture

  • Clean accessible window ledges/mirrors

  • Make bed (use fresh linens if left on the bed)
